This easy to use program serves as a slideshow and thumbnail viewer, and a picture file re-sizer for entire folders. Pictures can be rotated to a new orientation before being resized and saved to disk. If Microsoft Outlook Express is installed, a new mail message can be easily started from JPGFileSizer that will have preselected, rotated, and resized pictures attached and ready to mail.
